Introduction of Aluminum Vapor Chamber Heat Sink:
5G infrastructure installations are challenged by space constraints and increased power density. All components must be optimized for efficiency and performance in a compact configuration that is rugged enough to withstand extreme temperatures and harsh environmental conditions.
Some components, such as converters, operate in fully encapsulated environments where forced convection is not possible and operating temperatures can reach extremely high levels.
Aluminium Vapor Chamber Heat Sinks utilize encapsulated graphite heat spreaders, heat diffusion vapor chambers and heat pipe heat exchangers to passively transfer and dissipate heat from the enclosure to the ambient environment.

6. Once the samples are confirmed, the mass production could be arranged

We offer one-step service for aluminium mold production, extrusion, CNC processing and surface treatment. We customized aluminum extruded by the largest extrusion machine with a capacity of 10,000 tons, which can produce square tubes up to 450mm*350mm or customized aluminum profiles. The OEM/ODM service are available and we could supply custom service according to the customers' demands.
